It depends on your goals and schedule. Most clients train 2–5 times per week. If you’re preparing for Hyrox or want faster results, we may increase training volume while balancing recovery so you stay strong and injury-free.
We start with a personal assessment to understand your goals, current fitness level, and lifestyle. From there, I design a tailored program that includes training sessions (Box Fitness + Hyrox conditioning), nutrition guidance, and accountability check-ins. We’ll track your progress together and adjust as you grow stronger.
